Apple’s Worldwide Developers Conference, which will last for several days, may ultimately be more noteworthy for what the company doesn’t announce than for what it does. The company has delayed a reboot of its Siri voice assistant and has yet to strike deals with potential AI partners including Google and Chinese players Baidu and Alibaba.
