Spin Doctor Needed For COVID-19 Vaccine? Biden Admin Spent Tens Of Thousands Of Dollars On Media Training For CDC Director Walensky

The Biden administration spent tens of thousands of taxpayers’ money media training and executive coaching for the director of the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Dr Rochelle Walensky.

According to CDC expense filings obtained through a Freedom of Information Act request by Americans for Public Trust, the Biden administration spent $25,750 and authorized an additional $30,500 for these services.

Starting in October 2021, Walensky hired the services of longtime Democratic political consultant Mandy Grunwald to improve her public messaging on CO-VID 19 measures, including mask wearing and vaccination. The training sessions were billed at the cost of around $500 an hour. In total, the CDC has paid Grunwald’s firm $16,000, with authorization to spend $14,000 more.

The Government Employees Training Act (GETA) allows agencies discretion to pay for employee training. But the Biden Administration hired Grunwald’s firm despite the fact that the federal government already has free coaching programs for executive office holders.

Walensky was appointed CDC director at the beginning of the Biden administration last year.

In the “training objective” stated in the expense authorization filings, Grunwald’s firm wrote that it would “assist [Walensky’s] team in crafting clear language to communicate CDC’s public health guidance and coach Dr. Walensky to effectively deal with television interviews and other public communications.”

On 23 June 2022, CDC director Dr Walensky wrote on Twitter that “COVID-19 vaccines have undergone & continue to undergo the most intensive safety monitoring in U.S. history. If you have questions about #COVID19 vaccines for your child, talk to a trusted health care provider about the benefits of vaccination.”

This is despite increasing reports of vaccination damage and deaths.

Vaccines for CO-VID 19 were dispensed on emergency use approval terms, which means that the usual procedures to ensure vaccine safety, including long term clinical trials, were not conducted.

As part of the emergency approval, governments have also signed liability clauses, which means that people cannot sue coronavirus vaccine manufacturers for liability and damage resulting from vaccines.
