The Globe and Mail: The Prime Minister spoke to journalists in Tokyo near the end of a two-day visit to Japan. Earlier this week, Canada’s Chief of the Defence Staff General Jennie Carignan had said Ottawa was weighing options to support Gulf states.
The Prime Minister’s response Saturday appeared to be an attempt to reframe the state of affairs.
