Colby Cosh/National Post: No one seems to think there’s any danger to Carney here in wheedling MPs to cross the floor and clothe him in the awesome power of a majority government. No possibility of backlash; no threat to national unity; no existential risk to the legitimacy of his otherwise hyper-popular regime. We’ll see how it goes, but it is certainly Gladu, and not the PM, who will have to demonstrate a mighty thick hide while she waits for her reward…
