“You shouldn’t be worried about that (me stepping down) because it’s not going to happen,” he told Chinese media. “I understand there’s a lot of very powerful entrenched interests in Ottawa that want me out because they don’t want anything to change … But I’ve got news for them. I’m not going anywhere.”
