Last day of factory in Trump country, as its work moves to China

Washington Post: Managers had informed Klima and other union leaders in January that Conn Selmer was closing its Eastlake plant. Some production would move to a nonunion factory in Elkhart, Indiana. The rest was going to China, where the company had begun building a $21 million manufacturing facility in 2024 in Jiangsu province, union leaders said they were told.
