CTV: “Singh should be considered armed and dangerous,” Patrick Grandy, who is the assistant director in charge with the FBI in Los Angeles, said in a press conference on Monday.
Grandy also said Singh is being added to the FBI’s notorious list of 10 most wanted fugitives.
