Multipolar rejects letter from NRW State Media Authority as “unconstitutional”

Multipolar magazine rejects a letter from the State Media Authority of North Rhine-Westphalia (LfM) as “unconstitutional”. The institution informed the magazine in a letter at the end of August that several articles did not meet journalistic due diligence requirements and called for additions. In his reply to the institution on Tuesday (September 10) , co-editor Paul Schreyer referred to Article 5 of the Basic Law and explained that the editorial team rejects the “attempt to influence our reporting”.
