“I think there’s a danger in removing transparency. Our office certainly adds transparency. But we have never had a mandate into Crown corporations. So I think what my view is that if you’re taking things that were traditionally under our purview, meaning contracts that we would have had oversight on, and you’re taking them into a Crown corporation, and therefore we no longer have oversight, that would cause me some concern.” …
