Angus Reid: New data from the non-profit Angus Reid Institute finds the Liberal vote intention advantage over the CPC growing to 14 points (46% to 32%) from four points in July. This, as Carney’s personal appeal nearly doubles Poilievre’s (61% approval vs 32% favourability).
