Canadian manufacturers slammed by changes to U.S. metal tariffs

The Globe and Mail: The U.S. began applying a 25-per-cent tariff on the entire value of imported “derivative” goods made of steel, aluminum and copper on April 6, replacing a previous 50-per-cent tariff that only applied to the metal content.
